Tanger City Center

The Tanger city authorities recognised that in order for Tanger to be recognised as a city of world importance it was necessary to have business facilties equal, if not superior, to that found in other business centres of the world.

A New Landmark for Tangers

With this in mind the Tanger City Center Project was developed; it's aim to create a spectacular centre-piece for the new business district in Tanger.

Location

Tanger City Center is located facing TangerBay, only 500 metres from the beach, on Tanger's main arteriole boulevard.

Concept and Design

The distinctive contemporary design includes many features typical of Moroccan architecture, creating the premier multi-use project in the region.

The Developers

FADESA has extensive experience in business and touristic construction in Spain. It was chosen by the Moroccan Government to be the princple developer for the first prestigious Plan Azur area, Saidia.

The ANJOCA Group is a property development and management group with over 40 years of experience in Spain. The group has various business divisions including property and construction, shopping, hotels and golf.

UK Launch

This project will launched in the UK at "The Place in the Sun Exhibition" held at London's Excel Exhibition Centre from March 29th to April 1st.
